We are pleased to inform you that our company has completed the operations for the transition to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard. Our company has been involved in quality management since its beginnings, and this new version does not represent a breaking point in our history. But, in a highly competitive world, we need to transform ourselves to keep up with the times and to constantly improve our performance in order to meet the expectations of our customers, now and in the future.
That’s why we’re working to comply with the new requirements and, in particular, to put quality at the heart of corporate governance, to proactively identify and manage risks, and also to better reflect the needs of all our stakeholders.
